Our Approach

A four-phase process that keeps the scope, approvals, coordination, and reporting clear.

The same four phases apply to every client context, with scope, approval levels, and reporting adapted to the assignment.

Confidential initial exchange

We begin with the request, its context, and the information needed to consider it. Information is shared only as relevant to the assignment.

Scope and feasibility

ORION assesses the practical scope, constraints, timing, location, availability, and whether suitable independent providers can be considered.

Proposal and approval

We set out the proposed coordination, anticipated costs where available, responsibilities, and next steps. No external commitment is made before client approval.

Coordination and agreed reporting

Following approval, ORION coordinates the agreed work and provides updates in the format and frequency agreed with the client.

A defined basis for each assignment

“Before coordination begins, the scope, roles, fees, external costs, and any relevant cancellation terms are set out in a proposal or assignment brief.”

The commercial arrangement depends on the assignment and may include a coordination fee or direct payment to independent providers. It is explained before approval.
