Frequently Asked Questions

Practical information regarding ORION's coordination method and scope.

Frequently Asked Questions

Whom does ORION serve?

ORION assists private families, family offices, executives, entrepreneurs, and executive assistants.

What are your six coordination areas?

Our coordination covers private life, residences, executive support, mobility, events, as well as security and specialist services.

How does an assignment begin?

Every assignment follows an exact four-phase method: confidential initial exchange; scope and feasibility; proposal and approval; coordination and agreed reporting.

When can a confidentiality agreement (NDA) be proposed?

The initial exchange focuses on the general nature of the request without requiring sensitive information. Where appropriate to the assignment, a confidentiality agreement is arranged before specific details are shared.

How do you select providers?

We identify and coordinate suitably qualified or authorised independent providers according to the location, scope, and requirements of each assignment. ORION does not replace these professionals.

How are fees and external expenses managed?

Commercial arrangements depend on the scope of the assignment. Responsibilities, coordination fees, and expected external costs are clearly outlined for your prior approval before any commitments are made.

In which countries may ORION coordinate an assignment?

At present, assignments may be coordinated in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Morocco. These are coordination countries, not office locations or a guarantee of availability. Every assignment is subject to feasibility, local law, provider authorisations, and availability.

What are the limitations of your services?

School admissions, medical decisions in private clinics, visa issuance, the execution of security operations, and regulated advice (legal, tax, financial) remain strictly within the remit of the relevant institutions, qualified professionals, and competent authorities. ORION provides operational coordination and provider research without assuming the responsibilities or guaranteeing the outcomes of these third parties.
